Walk-In Visits

Walk-ins are welcome upon availability! To help avoid wait times, we recommend calling ahead when possible.

Call Us

Though we may ask that your first visit be in-person at our hospital—so we can get to know both you and your animal better—we offer a variety of appointment types once you’re an established client to match your schedule and your animal’s comfort:

Drop-Off Visits if you’re on a tight schedule
Farm-Calls for farm animals that need us to come to them
On-Site Appointments at our hospital
Walk-Ins during select hours (we’ll do our best to accommodate!)

We want your first visit to be smooth and stress-free, so here are a few things to keep in mind before arriving to our hospital:

Request any previous medical records from your former veterinary clinic and email them directly to our hospital.

Jot down any questions or
concerns you have about your animal’s behavior, health, or habits—we’re all ears!

Your First Visit

What to Expect

When you arrive, we’ll greet you and your animal with a warm welcome—and probably a few treats, too. Our team will guide you through each step so you always know what’s happening and why.

Your veterinarian will review your animal’s history, listen to your concerns, and perform a thorough nose-to-tail exam. From there, we’ll create a personalized care plan based on your animal’s age, lifestyle, and needs—whether that includes vaccines, bloodwork, diagnostics, or just a game plan for the future.

Here’s what you’ll want to bring along:

Your animal, on a leash or in a carrier.
Any previous medical or vaccination records, if not previously sent to our hospital email.
A list of questions or topics you’d like to discuss.
A recent stool sample, if previously requested.

We’ll make sure your animal feels safe and comfortable throughout the visit. And if they need a little extra love or patience? We’re more than happy to provide it.
